WIN SPM is no longer orderable from Avaya disributors so I'm trying to find out if it is avalible for download anywhere. On the Avaya support site it look slike all they have are the upgrades from release to release but no full download. Any one know where I can get it online?

Download and install the WinSPM upgrade from R4 to R5. After installation, go back to the Avaya website and download and install each successive patch to R9. You should be all set after you finish.
