Win Spm quick Access problem

we install win spm rel 9 on a PC with windows xp and they don't have access to the quick access option.

What should we do?

Did you get any warnings after successfully connecting to the PBX with WinSPM? It might read something like, "WinSPM can't recognize the board in Slot 5" or similar message.
