Win NT, NT Server, and Novell Netware 4 Error Messages

Anyone know a related site, where I can get the actuall error messages that appear on the screen for any of the following:
Windows NT
NT Server
Novell Netware 4
and Windows 2000
which will explain what the error messages are, or what would have caused them
