Win NT broadcast... 1

I can send a broadcast from my NT 4.0 server to my NT 4.0 workstations, BUT i can't or i don't know how to send the same broadcast to a PC with Win98 or Win95. Can someone help me? <br>PS: I consider myself an intermediate user in WIN NT so i'd like a more complete answer.<br>Thank you.
