Win NT 4 Fax crashes system

Hello;<br>I have a diamond supramax 56i PCI modem, I'm running Win NT 4 SP6.&nbsp;&nbsp;Everytime I try to send or receive a fax I crash to the Blue screen of death with the error saying &quot;error in WinAcPci.sys&quot; I know this is the modem driver.&nbsp;&nbsp;Diamond says it's Microsofts problem, Microsoft says it diamonds problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have tried the modem on two different machines with the same problem and have reformatted the HD and still had the same problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have even gotten Diamond to RMA the modem and send me another one and i still get the same problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>HELP what do I do to get my fax working.<br><br>Shawn
