Have just installed Win ME and pulling up System Help is painfully slow, takes 10-15 seconds to build the initial Help Panel and the CPU runs at 100% while it is doing it.
In truth the Help Panels aren't much use when you eventually get them but its annoying nevertheless.
I have an AMD K6-2 400 and 180m RAM.
Does anyone else has this problem and is there a fix ? [sig][/sig]
