OK I am hoping someone has run into this problem that can help cause I have tried everything that I know....
I have a win 98 machine and an ME machine networked and using the win ME ICS software which works well. The problem that I am having is that the client tries to access the internet and the host then auto dials the connection, after the connection is dropped (disconnected manually or times out)the client cannot make the host autodial the connection again until the host is restarted. Internet does work if the host is first connected.
Any ideas I have tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work I even went through all of the ICS troubleshooting proggy and none of that helped.
hopefully someone has had the same problem ....
