Win 2k server SP3

Windows ME
Log on OK through Novell but can't access a directory on the 2k server. The other win 98 and win 2k PC's are ok.
Can ping the server with IP and Domain name OK.
Receives DHCP address ok.
In network places can see the server name but when you click on it, it says it does not exist.
If I try to logon through the win 2k server it says that the server does not exist,
Tried logon as administrator and this does not work. Installed the dsclient to no avail. Also set the workgroup name to the name of the domain and still no joy.
Any Ideas anyone,
