On my Win XP Home machine I have "My Documents" mapped to the B: drive.

I'd like to do it on a Win 2K Pro machine, but I keep getting error # 53 or 67. "net view" shows the shared file that I want to map. However, the "net use" command fails as above.

Are you mapping low drive letters to the network?

subst.exe command needs to be run first.

This is decidedly not "best practices" to refer the user profile to a removable drive, or to interfere with PNP enumeration of local devices by overmapping them.

Pick a higher drive letter, H: "For Home" or something. This is not good practice at all to over-map your enumerated devices.
