Win CE Menu emulating PocketPC

Hi all,

Does anyone know a way (registry or other) of getting the Windows CE menu to appear at the bottom of the screen under the keyboard rather than at the top. We have apps running on deviced which are locked down and having the menu at the top reduces the real estate we have to play with. Any help much appreciated.
