WIN 98 WALL PAPAER

How can I change the Wall Paper on the Desktop? By mistake, I down loaded a wall paper and now it is on my Desktop. I tried to change it thru Settings, Control Panel, Display but there is no folder for Background. There are only two folder: Screen Saver and Appearance. The background folder has benn disabled. How can I install the folders for Display settings?
Any help ASAP is truly appreciated.

Try just right-clicking on the desktop and go to properties. There should be a tab called background.

Find another photo--right click on it--choose set as wallpaper. But what do you mean the background folder is disabled. Is it there? If not you might have to reinstall windows to get it back.
