win 98 2nd, where the best place to purchase?

I'm keeping an old machine alive and need to reload. I have 98 but not the 2nd and I thought it might be worth getting the 2nd edition of I can get it cheaply.

I wasn't sure if I should use ebay since the price may be so low.
 
Technically, a licensed retailer is not supposed to be selling them anymore. 2nd-hand is the only real way you're gonna find it nowadays. The OS has been retired and is not officially supported by MS any longer. They're cheap on eBay because that's all it's worth anymore.

Too low of a price? You don't hear that everyday! What were you expecting to pay for it?

At a current listing price of $59 to $110 I wouldn't expect it to be too low.
There are others listed lower but I suspect they will float into the $75 range as the time draws down.
OEM versions should come with some piece of hardware, probably broken, to comply with the Ebay/Microsoft sales understanding.
