Hopefully, a simple question. I have a notebook, with no CD player, and the Windows-95 system has to be reinstalled. I have a Windows-95 Setup and Installation CD, and other available computers that run Windows-95 or -98 or -NT. How can I make a set of floppy diskettes for installation of Win-95 on the laptop, creating them from the CD on another computer?

On one of your machines with Win95/98 you can go. Start>>Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>Create System Disks. That should allow you to make a floppy backup of windows install files.
