Win 7 macro recorder

Does anyone know of a Win 7 FREE macro recorder that can be used to automate a series of commands/tasks. Something similar to .. .. and yes.. I do know about psr which I use alternatively to create a presentation of steps used to execute a particular function. .. doesn't cut it here.
