Win 7 Display timeout but screen saver off ???

On my HP Pavilion S desktop running Win 7 after a certain period of time my monitor goes to sleep. Action on the keyboard or mouse reactivates it. I want to disable this and I've checked the personalization setting and my screen saver is turned off. My hardware is the onboard NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 and I can't find anywhere to turn it off here either.

Might anyone have any suggestions as to where I can look to disable this feature?

In Control Panel, go to Power Options and create what plan you desire.
