Win 7 can't connect to \\ServerName on Domain Controller

I cant connect my Win 7 client PC to my Win 2003 DC. I can ping the ip address as well as the domain, I can even connect with Remote Desktop but if I click the server's name in explorer I get an error (after a considerable delay) saying "Windows cannot access \\ServerName.

Is this pc joined to the domain and what is doing DNS? This is typically a DNS issue.
