Win 2K Server VPN Problem

I've created a VPN connection in RAS on a Win 2K Server.

The VPN connection is made every time i
try it, But sometimes when i connect i can see
the rest of the network and the next time i connect
i cannot see any of the network or ping anything
on the network.

Anybody got any ideas ?

Posting the routing table of both working and non-working connection may help.
