Win 2k server event 7123 and 20035 every few seconds

Hi all,

I have win 2k server SP4 as PDC. Since a week I've been getting these two errors in 'System log'. And it repeats every few seconds.

Event 7013
Source Service Control Manager
Type Error
Description The Remove Access Connection Manager service terminated with the following error: Access is denied.

Event 20035
Source RasMan
Type Error
Description Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because it could not create buffers. Restart the computer. Access is denied.

I did restart the computer several times, but this does not stop.

It should be all with the service account used to start/run the service. If you have changed the password of the service account used to run Remote Access Connections Manager, I suggest you to enter the new password in the service's properties window.
