Win 2k Pro. Logon Picture

Hi There,
I have a problem with a Win 2k Pro. system - When I logon/Logoff I get a nasty picture flashing up on the screen.

I suspect this is as a result of a previous user's setup.

Any ideas where I can remove this in the registry?
