Win 2K Pro HDD Problem

I have recently built a new machine using a 20 Gb HDD and running Win 2K Pro. I have now installed the two 6 Gb HDD's from my old win 98 machine as archive drives, the problem is that when I boot up I get the "Add New Hardware" wizard asking for drivers for the two HDD's...Well there aren't any!! If I cancel the wizard everthing works fine, it's just annoying that this happens.
Anybody got any bright ideas??

Maybe it has somehow been classified as a startup program.
If you have "Startup Control Panel", it is easy to check.
