Win 2K + Norton 2005 + Citrix

I have 8 remote users connecting to a Windows 2000 Server w/ Citrix metaframe. The Server had a virus found and removed last night.

The problem I am experiencing now is that 7 users that connect with Windows XP are fine. One user and myself from home use Windows 2000 Pro and can't connect. We both get a blank screen with no verification.

Server has all recent Win2K Server patches and Norton Corporate AV 10.0.0.359.

Why can't 2K clients attach?
Is it (A) Latest Win2K Pro patches on remote users?
or
(B) Latest Server 2K patches?
or
(C) Some Norton 2005 anomally?

Are your servers win2k? If so then you will need to go to Citrix.Com and download the patch to fix. Basically the win2k sp4 rollup is the culprit.
