Win 2K monitor turning off??

Hi all. Having problems with a Win2K box shutting off the monintor at random intervals whilst running. No power management / screensaver running and have replaced AGP, ATI graphics card / drivers. Seems to happen more when booting first thing in the morning?? Maybe a power supply issue. Not sure, so any pointers would be appreaciated.
