Win 2K Group Policies on a NT Server 4 Domain

I'm working with Windows 2000 Pro workstations on a Windows NT 4 Server Domain (both PDC and BDC are NT4).
The number of workstations is growing rapidly and I want to implement group policies in order to control the workstations and to save me from setting the local policies on every machine.
How do I do this ?
