We use MS Outlook and exchange and I wish to provide a current user of outlook with the ability to view another users mailbox whilst that user is on holiday. I know I have had this facility before but cannot remember how to do this. I know that I ammended some settings within exchange and then added this mailbox to a users account but that was goodness knows how long ago and I cannot find any help on how to achieve this. Any help would be appreciated.
