Win. 2K AdminPak not working with Win. XP Pro

I have just changed my desktop to Win XP Pro from Win 2K. When I was on Win 2K I was using the AdminPak from the Windows 2000 resource kit. It would allow me to change my clients passwords, disable and remove their accounts. Now that I have XP pro, I cannot get the 2K version to work on XP. Is there anything out there that will let me do this? Is it possible? Any help would be appreciated.

It is not possible.
There is a Windows 2003 Admin Pak. See this discussion:
