Win 2003 services

Im having problems with the below services being started on my 2003 server machine. When i try start them it tells they have been marked for deletion?
Im not sure if they def need to be started or have been running recently at all.. but would just like some background on then and where they originated, and if problems could arise if not sorted?

These are not services that are specific to Windows. Did you have some kind of Intel mgmt tool on the server before and proceeded to remove by deletion instead of using add/remove programs?

Try rebooting first. If they're marked for deletion that's probably all that is needed.

Im not sure as ive not worked with this machine before.. i will reboot when we get some downtime.. cheers guys
