Win 2003 Enterprise software in eBay - Are they legal?

I could save our company a lot of money if we buy from eBay. Did anybody experience buying the software from eBay? Pls. post positive and negative experiences. Thanks!

Generally I do do not buy if they do not give the MS product codes, generally if it is full legal it is given in the advertisement.

If you don't get the cetificate don't buy it

If the seller has less than 25 sales don't buy it.

32-bit or the 64-bit version ?

Be careful it is not for resale, educational use etc.

Prices seems too low.

Personally I would not touch used software with a ten foot pole onless I had somone experienced in licnce contract law involved. Also, If they are OEM sku's the licence is only valid with the hardware it shipped with.
