Hello all,
as the title suggests I have a 2003 box hosting a number of print queues. These work fine and have all sorts of clients printing to them okay.
However, one of our desktop support people has informed me that very often when he tries to connect a win98 pc to one of the queues and download the driver I've attached to it he gets an error saying that the client can't find a file (the file is present)and points itself at:
\\servername\sharename$\WIN40\0
This folder does not exist.
Needless to say I've reinstalled the 9x drivers for the various queues this error has come up on and rebooted the server but to no effect.
Apparently this error is now occurring on virtually all 98 PCs that are connected to printers ont his server. Can anyone help?
