I have a windows 2000 workstation with sp3 and client 4.83 sp1 installed.I am connecting to a Novell 4.11 Server.
When I try to run rconsole from this node, I get a error message "The system could not load overlay file _run.ovl. Program initialization failure- Execution terminated" I checked
the knowledge base at novell and checked TID no 1.0.35557717.2371025. This only pertained to nt4 and 95.
Any help will be appreciated.

Check your search drive mappings are correct. You should have one to SYSUBLIC which is where the file should be. -----------------------------------------------------

The file does not exist on any of my servers. Is there
anyway to download this file. I couldn't find it at novell's site.

I found the file on the Novell Operating System CD. I installed
it to public and now am getting an error "the driver was unable
to initialize ipx.

I would try applying the latest SP for NetWare 4.11 (SP9 is it?) -----------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the help. I finally found the problem. When I installed the client, I installed
ipx and ip. I uninstalled the client and reinstalled with just ipx and it now fine.
