WIN 2000 UPGRADE / DEVELOPER 2000 PROBLEMS

I have recently upgrade some clients from NT to 2000.
All the forms are now mis-aligned for all the Win2000 clients, however they show up fine on the NT clients.
When I say mis-aligned I mean the text_items and prompts are spaced incorrectly. This only happens in Win 2000 on the client and in Developer. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
