Win 2000 Static Routes

Hello,

I'm trying to resolove an issue where someone upgraded from NT 4.0 to Win 2000. Under NT 4.0 they would add a static route to the workstation to keep their network drives mapped & printing available while they were connected via dial-up. Once they upgraded to Win2000, I can't seem to add a static route. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
