Do I need a router to share my internet connection with the clients even though I have 2 NIC in my server?

If you have to nics in your server looks like you have the start of a router ! but if you want you could still use a linksys router infront of that win 2k server as an internal router 2 firewalls better than one ........ Anthony Cabanas

You could use NAT or ICS...depending on the needs of your network.
