Win 2000 Server Backup running Sybase SQL DB

Hi,

I'm running a single server Windows 2000 Server that is running a Sybase SQL database that I need backed up. What software would anyone recommend? I noticed Veritas Backup Exec is mentioned often, but I did not see a Sybase agent on their site. Is there any other way I could back up the database without the agent?
