We have a NT as a PDC. We have couple of WIN 2000 Prof. on the network. Though these are getting connected, but the problem is from Win 9x clients, I can just see the PC in the Network Neighbourhood. If I try to access any folder, I get Access denied message. I tried building a trust relationship between the NT and 2000, but was of no use.

Are you trying to access files on the W2K machine from the W98 machine?
To share files on a W2K machine, you need to have a users account set up on the W2K machine for the user from the w98 machine.
