win 2000 & novell client 32

When I run Novell client 32 v4.1 sp1 on win 2000 profession, it takes a good 5 minutes to get the novell login screen to come up after the machine has booted, and when I upgrade to sp3, it comes up faster faster but will crash the machine. do you have any suggestions

Try uninstalling the current version of Novell Client and installing version 4.8. I have found that they appear to work well together.
