win 2000 advanced server to win 2000 server 1

I inherited a server which is running a bootleg copy of advanced server with sp3. My boss wants to run his legitimate copy of windows 2000. How can I install win 2000 under on the same disk and have it import all data programs and registry information.

I'm pretty sure an "over the top install" would be fatal(eventually) - although I don't know of anyone who has actually tried it. Good luck. Jim - Synnex Info Tech
