Willing to pay - Creating specific 3d style text in 3dstudio

I really need help perhaps with the guidance of a swf tutorial and source file to create this type of 3d text with these sort of metallic realistic effects. I am not extremely proficient with 3d and all its features. I know it can be time consuming, so am willing to pay for your help.
