I have a customer who operates executive suites. They have one central receptionist who answers all the clients calls from 8 to 5 and transfers them to the appropriate company. I am programming the target lines to ring on the atttendant set and also setting up a night service. In the night service each target line (157-256) has it's own ringing group with the corresponding set assigned to ring. Each ringing group is controlled by the attendant set so that she can turn on/off the service as needed.

Does this look like it will work? I need to make sure that the clients lines never ring in their offices during the day. I have the target lines programmed with the attendant set as the prime DN and no lines programmed to ring or appear on the sets.

Does this sound like it will work?
Thanks
Stacy

Looks like you are on the right track. Theory looks like it should fly.
