Will this work? DECT Slave over VPN 1

I have the Remote J179's working.

They have a DECT Master and DECT Slave at the main location.

They would like to add a DECT Slave at the remote location.

The difference with the DECT Slave 2 is the Master is on the Voice VLAN. The Remote phones are on the Data VLAN

Can this work?

Also, in this example would this ASCBE be considered as remote and therefore need:

A Unique Sync Region from the Main (1)?

And the Remote DECT set as a Master Base Station as well?

Remote location need a separate sync region with one sync master.

Do I set the Remote Base Station as Master under: DECT > Mode: Master, or only under the" Air Sync Tab - Sync Mode? Or both?

Will the firewall guy need to do any routing from the Remote DECT going from 192.168.2.XXX over the VPN to 192.168.1.XXX and finally over to the Voice VLAN at 172.30.20.4 to the DECT Master?

Another IP Route in the IPO?
