That's SE7505VB2, sorry for the typo
Looks like it to me. I put SE7505VB2 in the search field on Intel's web site and it can back with a home page for the board. From that page you could download the manual or drivers. There are versions of the drivers for x64 Windows, so I am assuming that it supports x64 CPUs. I would assume that if it didn't support those CPUs (which have been around for 3 years or so now) then they would provide drivers for it.
