MY
I try to create VFP application that has more modern looks, like Outlook and Vista theme. Will the VFP forms that I create in Vista OS compatible in Windows XP?

Please give me some suggestions.

Thanks
Fredgmain

In regard to the windows borders, the vista look is bound to vista, the xp look is bound to xp and so on.

Any winforms application, if made by vfp or c# or vb or vb.net doesn't matter, will let windows draw the winforms borders.

The inside of the forms partly are also windows version specific (themed), for example a button looks windows specific overall, but whatever icons and graphics you apply as it's picture is specific to your application and will not change throughout windows versions.

Bye, Olaf.
