will SQL work under W2K AD after upgrade from NT4 ?

actual situation:
Server: NT4 Server
SQL: SQL7

I want to upgrade this server to W2K AD. This server is only member server actually)

I want to do an in-place upgrade of the server, this means that I will upgrade NT4 with W2K without re-installing from scratch. I will just enter the W2K in the NT4 machine and do the upgrade.

Can anyone tell me if SQL7 will still work after the upgrade ?
