Will Smartsuite 9.8 work with 64-bit computers

Ran across a price we could not refuse on a high end
Asus computer running 64-bit Win7. Will our Smartsuite programs--we primarily use only Word Pro and Approach (what a strange name for a database?!)--work with our new 64-bit system?

P.S. Will Lotus/IBM upgrade from 9.8?
