Will SL1 ports work for Octel

Does anyone know if I can use card QPC451 for ports to an Octel 250? I know little to nothing about hardware (most of my stuff is remote work). What I do know is that we have a 61C that has SL1 columns still connected to it. We have no more digital ports in the new 61C modules, but we have available slots in the old SL1 column. I was hoping we could utilize these for a new Octel system that is being installed...

You sure can use the QPC451's. We just converted the other way to digital FLT's. Remember, you will need Analog MID's (Meridian Intergration Devices) to connect the SL1's
