will only print 1 page of 32 page document

I have a section of a pdf document ver 6.4. The file contains examples of printed forms to be used as a guide. They are tiff files. When I attempt to print the section with the proper ppd file and settings for 2 sided printing...all I get is the first page printed out. Ther is noo text involed on any of the pages ecept for the page numbering. The Tiff were cut and pasted from Informed Template. any ideas?

I'm not sure (would need more information) but it could be several things.
It could be corruptions starting in the file since you cut and pasted into the file. Do a diagnositic recompose see the user guide on how to do this for the platform you are on. The do a save as.
Run the save for service provider found in Utilities/plugins
Do the prefight pub to check for link or font problems.
Try removing the tiff on the page that is not printing and try printing. If it now prints the whole document ok then you know it is just this one tiff.
You can always copy and paste the doc into a new doc and save then print. This will save this file.
