will office 2007 have tool bar?

Will office 2007 have the tool bar for the desk top like office 2000? Also when will office 2007 be out?

The Office Toolbar died with Office 2000 so, no, Office 2007 will not have it.

I believe 30 January is the official launch date after which it should be available for purchase. It can already be pre-ordered/reserved at places like Amazon.
