Press <F2> to enter SETUP

When I hit <F2> it says its entering but hangs and goes no further. I changed the cmos battery to see if that would make any difference. It didn't! Can anyone give some other suggestions on what to do to fix this mess???????

Thanks in advance
Vince

I would strip it down to just the motherboard, power supply, video and memory. Then try and press f2 and if it works add each drive back to the motherboard one by one to find the culprit. One of them is holding the system down.

Or you have a BIOS/Motherboard problem. Possibly memory failure. You could try reseating memory and processor.
