Will not boot error 503 flash file system corrupted

When a user tries to boot up with their xstation 140 the error come up 503 flash file system corrupted. What does that mean. I have tried to reboot several times with the same error. Any help would be appreciated.

503 Querying card in Slot 3.
So you need to check if adapters in slot 3 had well pluged.
if it does, It may be out of order ,
Try to unplug it and reboot your system.
