Will I lose messages when upgrading a Partnermail VS?

I have a client who has a Partnermail VS which only has 10 mailboxes. This is becoming exceedingly inadequate as they grow.

My question is, if I upgrade with an expansion PC card, will they lose any existing saved messages? They are a law office and must retain certain recordings for obvious reasons. If there is a chance of loosing messages, is there a way to back them up prior to adding the upgrade card?

No way to back up the messages, short of using a tape recorder and just record checking all the messages in all the mailboxes.

Tht said, NO, you will not lose any of the messages when adding a mailbox expansion card to the VS mail.

Just did this to a R4.1 PMVS and nothing was lost, It just increases the capacity, and/or number of ports. Not to worry.
