I have to set up a lab and one teacher insists on teaching GW Basic. Does any one know if GW Basic will run under Windows 98? Thanks.
It should if its an OLD Dos Qbasic type compiler, I know that it should least run under Win98's dos console/prompt window, if its a 16bit dos program it'll work under win98, but not under NT.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=

unless of course he's talking about that GWBasic that my friend had on his 186 running CM-DOS I think it was, a few years ago, that on the other hand wouldnt, but as long as its that DOS 3.0 and above version then yep.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=
